This listing is for one natural Blue Sapphire crystal, sterling silver inlaid featuring a unique Lapis Lazuli pendant. We have two in stock : one with an oval Lapis Lazuli pendant and one flower shaped sterling silver inlaid Lapis Lazuli with small hearts engraved on the sides .
